ISO 14001 addresses various aspects of environmental management. It provides practical tools for companies and organisations looking to identify and control their environmental impact and constantly improve their environmental performance.

ISO 45001:2018

Bi-annually Lochwynd is certificated to these Health & Safety Specification since 2003.

The Road Safety Markings Association

The Road Safety Markings Association (RSMA) is a trade association for companies involved with road safety markings in the UK. It represents 90% of the road markings industry by volume in the UK.

The Drilling and Sawing Association

DSA members are specialist companies supplying drilling and sawing services to a diamond professional standard. Lochwynd have been members for over a decade.

Construction Line

Lochwynd has been assessed and is approved to the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. This approval is only available to contractors and consultants who have been assessed and comply on an annual basis.

FORS

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme that promotes best practice for commercial vehicle operators.

CHAS

NIC/EIC

The Council protects consumers against unsafe electrical installations and appliances. Lochwynd complies with these well-established standards.

HERS

The competency of organisations and their employees working in the highway electrical industry has a direct bearing on the health and safety of people working in the industry. Lochwynd is registered to the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS).

HESA

The Highway Electrical Sector Academy (formerly the Highway Electrical Academy) has been formed to work in partnership with Lantra Awards to co-ordinate, agree and monitor training and competence assessment standards. Lochwynd complies with these standards.
